VACUUM FORMING
For large plastic parts the most economically viable way to go is with vacuum forming.
From small to as large as 900mmX1900mm products can be formed.
The process uses flat plastic sheeting to thermoform over a mould. Materials used are typically, ABS, HIPS, Acrylics, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, and PETG.

LASER CUTTING
We use laser cutting on plastics, wood and metal as part of our repertoire. Our machine is capable of cutting up to 25mm thick acrylics.
SILICONE MOULD MAKING & URETHANE CASTING
Field test your product with this versatile and unconventional process to create complex components out of various composites.

We machine our own tools for applications such as vacuum forming, general machining and precision engineering.
3D Printing has become an integral process of design and development of new products and prototypes.
It is also used in our silicone mould making process for masters, unique once-off parts and baby Yoda figurines. 😊
